November is not only about Thanksgiving, but it is also Family History!

Did you know that knowing your family health risk history can help you?

Even though you may not have a parent or a sibling that have had a disease or has  cancer but other family member might had a disease or cancer.

It is very important that you talk to your family, make sure you ask questions, document the information that they share with you,and let your doctors know as well as family members.

You may not be able to change your families’ health history, but you can change unhealthy behaviors, not exercising, and bad eating habits.

You may be able to have genetic testing done.
